Delivery Information for Local Consumers

  • A delivery charge of Rs. 230 applies to all orders under Rs. 1,499. More then 1,499 free delivery
  • Orders weighing more than 10 KGs will be charged Rs. 50 per extra KG.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
  • Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next working day.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistan National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Standard delivery time is 5 to 7 working days.
  • Deliveries are not made on Sundays.
  • In some cases, delivery may take up to 7 working days depending on location and logistics conditions.
  • Orders above Rs. 15,000 require advance payment.
  • Customers will be contacted after order confirmation for payment details.
  • These orders will not be shipped via courier.
  • They They will be sent through Daewoo or a similar transport service and must be collected by the customer.

Return Policy – Local Consumers

  • Unused products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange.
  • A copy of the invoice must be included.
  • The reason for return must be clearly mentioned.
  • Products must be returned via traceable delivery service (courier or registered post).
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receiving returned products.

Delivery Information for International Trade

  • Purchase orders must be submitted in writing via email or official company letterhead.
  • Orders are processed after confirmation of payment terms and product availability.
  • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) may apply depending on product type.
  • Standard delivery time is 45 days from order confirmation and payment receipt.
  • Delays caused by force majeure, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
  • Shipping terms are based on Ex-Works (Only).
  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • Buyers must ensure smooth customs clearance in their country.
  • One Umbrella Health is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or customs authorities.
  • All products are inspected before dispatch to ensure compliance with agreed quality standards.
  • Buyers must inspect goods upon receipt.
  • Any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Claims must include batch numbers and photographic proof.
  • Returns are accepted only in case of verified quality defects or transit damage.
  • No returns are accepted for expired products or improper storage by the buyer.
  • Approved returns will be processed within 30 days.
  • Replacement products will be dispatched at the earliest convenience.
  • Payment must be made as agreed: Advance, L/C, or Credit (subject to approval).
  • All bank charges and transaction fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import and distribution regulations.
  • These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the agreed jurisdiction.
  • Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, arbitration, or legal proceedings in the manufacturer’s country jurisdiction.
